Users are notified of calls that they missed because of a Busy Options setting. If two users call each other at the same time from any Skype for Business endpoint, both calls are rejected and sent a busy signal. However, any new incoming calls are handled according to their Busy Options settings. Users who are in calls or conferences can still receive new conference invitations. Users who are in calls or conferences or who have a call on hold aren't prevented from starting new calls or conferences by the Busy Options feature. For example, a call that's rejected and sent a busy signal or that's sent to voice mail by Busy Options doesn't ring on any of the Macintosh, Windows Desktop, Mobile Clients, or IP telephones (VOIP) that the user is signed in to. When one of these options is set, the Busy Options setting is in effect for all the user's Skype for Business endpoints.
